The hotel is fairly clean, I loved its perfect staff and food. It is nestled in a peaceful area adjacent to lugano paradiso train stop, hill, Lugano. All in all a cozy property and nice stay.

The rooms were suitable, the pool was lovely, magnificent place. Bottled drinks, consistent wifi were a nice surprise. The beach nearby was nice and the view was panoramic.

Fairly clean, exceptionally comfortable bed, optimal location. They made my stay EXCELLENT. Big size bathroom, very very nice staff. Courteous service within 0.5 miles of the airport.

An incredibly friendly place with a decent view. I loved that the king suite was fantastic and cool. Top location to Art Museum Lugano. The staff was truly exceptional and my stay was truly memorable, would return anytime.

It deserves its 4 stars. Fantastic views and GREAT stuff. Perfect service, they provide a free parking and free Wi Fi. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Grotto Morchino that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
